5. Payments

Payment is required in full at checkout for prints and 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a commission booking, unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • UK orders are shipped via standard tracked delivery.

  • International shipping may be available; additional fees apply.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for courier delays or customs processing.

Risk passes to you upon shipment.

7. Returns & Refunds

Prints

Due to the nature of art prints, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of damage

  • Packaging photos

We will replace or refund where eligible.

Commissions

Commission deposits are non-refundable. Balance due upon completion.

Due to their personalised nature, commissions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Commission Terms

  • A written brief and agreement is required before work begins.

  • One revision stage is included unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional revisions incur fees.

  • Artist retains copyright unless explicitly licensed in writing.

  • Artist may display commissioned work as portfolio material unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Technical website issues or service interruptions

  • Losses resulting from reliance on site content

  • Delays in delivery outside our control

Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
